Salary: 8K12K a month
End-to-End Recruitment & Delivery:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for critical and high-volume roles across the NBFC vertical (e.g., retail loans, personal loans, LAP, SME, risk, tech, and corporate functions).
Stakeholder Partnering:
Partner closely with Business Heads, Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to understand workforce planning and role specifications.
Sourcing & Pipeline Strategy:
Build sustainable pipelines of active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Talent Solutions, portal databases, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Bulk & Field Sales Hiring:
Drive high-pressure, target-driven recruitment for retail distribution, branch networks, and field sales teams if applicable to the portfolio.
Metrics & Analytics:
Track and report key recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLAs) such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and recruitment MIS dashboards.
Compensation:
8,000.00 - 12,000.00 per month
