Talent Director

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Director to join our team in New Jersey. As a Talent Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing the recruitment process for our organization. Your major end result will be to ensure that we attract and retain top talent in the industry, while maintaining a positive employer brand. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with our business goals and objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding new hires.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with our business goals and objectives

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding new hires

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions

• Utilize various recruitment methods, including internet recruiting, executive search, and recruitment advertising, to attract top talent

• Maintain a positive employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, technical recruiting, or related field

• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies

• Strong knowledge of recruitment methods, including internet recruiting, executive search, and recruitment advertising

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Experience in a leadership or management role

• Certification in Human Resources or related field

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

• Experience in the technology industry
