Teacher Assistant - Mental Health Worker

At Martin Luther School, we believe every student deserves access to an excellent education, even if their path has included challenge, disruption, or trauma.

Our students are bright and capable. What many of them have needed is a school that understands how learning and emotional development are connected. At MLS, strong instruction and social-emotional support are part of the same commitment to helping students succeed.

Our classrooms are supported by a collaborative team that includes teachers, social workers, behavior specialists, and clinical leaders. We work together to understand students, problem-solve challenges, and create environments where students feel safe enough to take academic risks.
