Team Manager, Senior Talent Agent

As a 360 Talent Management Agency, and with over 350 creators alongside athletes, entertainers, and models, we believe talent deserves long-term career strategy, not transactional management. We empower our teams to think like entrepreneurs while providing the infrastructure, tools, and support needed to build sustainable careers.

Our culture is ambitious, deeply collaborative, and growth-oriented. We celebrate wins together, share knowledge openly, continuously improve and innovate how we operate, and invest heavily in giving our people the best environment to succeed. And we dream big.

A Little About the Role

At Dulcedo, a Team Manager is much more than a people manager. A true leader is what we look for: someone who enjoys coaching others, spotting strengths, unlocking potential, and building a winning team. You will oversee a team of Agents, help them grow in confidence and performance, and play a direct role in continuing to shape our healthy, dynamic and high-performing culture. You will:

• Lead, coach, and mentor a small team, helping each individual grow in performance, confidence, and accountability

• Hold regular 1:1s with team members to provide guidance, feedback, support, and strategic direction

• Partner closely with Associate Directors and leadership to align on priorities, performance, team needs, and business opportunities

• Take an active role in building your team through recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training, ensuring new hires are set up for long-term success.

• Lead performance reviews, support goal-setting, and help create development plans tailored to each team member

• Continue representing talent directly and contributing to sales performance, while leading by example

Why This Role Matters

Our Team Managers play a key role in the health, performance, and culture of the agency. They create consistency, elevate standards for talents and clients, and develop people from within. At Dulcedo, leadership is not about hierarchy - it’s about impact, trust, and the ability to help others grow while moving the business forward.

What You Bring

Ideally, you have around 5+ years of experience in talent management or influencer marketing and experience leading, mentoring, or supporting more junior team members, formally or informally.

Don’t meet what we're looking for, or coming from an adjacent background? We encourage you to apply regardless! What matters most to us is that you have a passion for mentoring people and for the creator space. The rest, we'll teach you!

A Few Reasons Why You’ll Love It Here

• Enjoy unlimited paid vacation, 12 personal days, sick days, your birthday off, flexible schedules, an agency-wide Holiday Recharge between Christmas and New Year’s, and early finish Fridays. Whether you prefer working remotely or from one of our pet-friendly offices, you’ll have the flexibility, tools, and support to adapt your work to better match your lifestyle.

• Benefit from uncapped individual commissions, team commissions, and performance bonuses, along with yearly salary reviews driven by results, contribution, leadership, and continuous development - not tenure alone.

• Feel the entrepreneurial energy of a high-growth boutique-style agency with the stability, reputation, and resources of one of North America’s leading talent management agencies — it’s truly the best of both worlds.

As an equal opportunity employer, we are committed to making sure everyone feels included, supported, and valued. Should you require any accommodations during the application process, please write to talentacquisition@dulcedo.com and we will adjust the process to your needs.
