Salary range: 17400 - 26700 PLN gross
What will you do?
You will join a team delivering large-scale financial services platforms supporting investment banking operations. The role focuses on digital transformation, process automation, application modernization, and AI-driven software development within a highly regulated environment. You will work across both frontend and backend components while leveraging modern AI tools and technologies to improve development efficiency and business outcomes.
Your tasks
- Design and develop full stack applications using React JS and Java
- Build and enhance solutions supporting investment banking operations
- Leverage GitHub Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot in daily development activities
- Apply Generative AI capabilities to improve software delivery and business processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Implement and maintain scalable, high-quality, and secure software solutions
- Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices
- Contribute to application modernization and automation initiatives

- 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
