About the Role
The Technical Account Manager (Pre-Sales)
at Rubiscape occupies a unique intersection of relationship management and
technical depth — owning the long-term technical health and expansion
trajectory of our most strategic enterprise accounts through the pre-sales and
early post-sales phases. You will combine the commercial instincts of an
Account Manager with the platform expertise of a Solutions Consultant, ensuring
that each account's Decision Intelligence journey expands from initial use case
to platform-wide adoption across RubiFlow, RubiSight, RubiStudio, and RubiAI.
You are the trusted technical advisor who turns a 90-day first production win
into a multi-year enterprise partnership.
Key Responsibilities
· Serve as the primary technical
point of contact for a portfolio of 8–15 strategic enterprise accounts,
managing relationships with data engineering leads, CDOs, and IT
decision-makers through the pre-sales and onboarding phases.
· Drive platform expansion within
accounts by identifying new use cases, additional studio deployments, and
integration opportunities across Rubiscape's full product suite.
· Conduct regular technical
health reviews and executive business reviews (EBRs) that map platform adoption
metrics to the customer's evolving Decision Intelligence roadmap.
· Lead PoC scoping and delivery
for expansion opportunities within existing accounts — applying discovery,
solution design, and ROI modelling disciplines to land upsell and cross-sell
motions.
· Act as the internal advocate
for account-specific requirements, coordinating with Product, Engineering, and
Customer Success to resolve technical escalations and influence roadmap
prioritisation.
· Develop account-specific
platform adoption plans that demonstrate a clear path to 5x TCO reduction and
measurable business outcomes within 12–18 months of initial deployment.
· Produce technical account
plans, stakeholder maps, and expansion business cases that equip Account
Executives with the intelligence needed to grow ARR within the portfolio.
Requirements
· 4–6 years of experience in
technical account management, customer success engineering, or pre-sales
