8+ years of experience.
Candidates must be experts in one primary area and have good working knowledge of adjacent technology stacks (Frontend/UI Architecture OR AI/Data Engineering OR Microservices, Java & Cloud Native OR Commerce Technologies)
Strong foundation in software design, integration patterns, and system scalability.
Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and define their strategic relevance.
Proven experience in retail or eCommerce solution landscapes such as omnichannel experience, order management, customer analytics, or supply chain digitization.
Cross-functional expertise, with the ability to collaborate effectively across data, applications, infrastructure, and customer experience teams.
