The Role
As a Technical Consultant in our Professional Services team, you will take ownership of modern workplace, security, and Azure infrastructure projects from discovery and design through to implementation and handover across mid-market and public-sector environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Architecture and Design: Contribute to customer discovery workshops and translate business requirements into Microsoft 365 tenant, identity, security, and Azure landing zone designs.
- Project Delivery: Lead deployment and migration projects spanning Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams), Entra ID, Intune, and Azure IaaS/PaaS workloads.
- Security & Compliance: Design and implement security and compliance controls using Microsoft Defender, Purview, and Conditional Access, aligned to Essential Eight and client risk posture.
- Documentation: Produce High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), and As-Built documentation to a consistently high standard.
