Technical Delivery Manager

Salary: ₱70,000 – ₱85,000 per month

Job Summary:

The Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of technology projects and ensuring alignment between technical teams and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of IT and software development projects.

• Coordinate with stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA teams, and external vendors.

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Ensure project delivery aligns with business goals, technical requirements, and quality standards.

• Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Ensure effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Oversee release management, deployment activities, and post-implementation support.

• Track project performance and prepare status reports for leadership.

• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and project management practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in IT project delivery or software development management.

• Proven experience managing cross-functional technical teams.

• Has hands on experience in software development/programming.

• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
