About the Role
We are looking for a highly capable, hands-on Full Stack Technical Lead who combines deep technical expertise, strong architectural thinking, business understanding, and excellent communication skills to drive high-quality software delivery.
The ideal candidate should be able to quickly understand unfamiliar business domains, translate complex requirements into practical system architectures, and provide clear technical direction to engineering teams.

- Strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise application development.
- Deep understanding of .NET fundamentals, design patterns, dependency injection, asynchronous programming, and how these concepts work together to build scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.
- Solid experience with Angular or Next.js and TypeScript, with a strong appreciation for frontend architecture, usability, and intuitive user experiences.
- Practical understanding of AWS or Azure cloud services, including how cloud capabilities are selected, integrated, and consumed within microservices-based applications.
- Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and how this work together to enable faster, reliable software delivery.
- Experience with API integrations, relational databases, application performance, and continuously improving engineering efficiency and release cycles.
- AI-Assisted Engineering & Team Productivity
- Practical experience using AI development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies.
- Demonstrate a clear vision and practical approach to , beyond individual coding assistance.
