Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who enjoy leading engineering teams, defining technical architecture, and driving modern software development practices across cloud-native and AI-enabled platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the technical architecture and system design for scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
- Drive adoption of microservices, cloud-native architectures, and event-driven systems.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams across backend, frontend, and full-stack development.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
- Promote DevOps culture, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management.
- Guide teams on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Encourage AI-led development by leveraging AI tools, automation, and AI-assisted engineering workflows.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure application security, governance, monitoring, and observability standards are maintained.
Required Skills :
- 814 years of software development experience with technical leadership responsibilities.
- Strong experience in one or more backend technologies :
- Java / Spring Boot
- Python
- Node.js
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React.js, Angular, Flutter, or React Native.
- Strong understanding of :
- System Design & Distributed Systems
- Microservices Architecture
- REST APIs / GraphQL
- Design Patterns
- Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of application security, scalability, and performance optimization.
