Technical Product Manager - SaaS Platform

About UNFYD :

UNFYD is an enterprise SaaS product company building a unified platform for end-to-end customer experience operations, business process automation, omnichannel engagement, AI-assisted workflows, and enterprise service orchestration.

Our platform is used by large enterprises across sectors such as BFSI, telecom, government, utilities, and other high-volume service environments. These customers require secure, scalable, configurable, and integration-ready platforms that can support complex business workflows, regulatory needs, large user bases, high transaction volumes, and multi-system enterprise architectures.

UNFYD products are built for depth: workflow orchestration, process automation, communication channels, integrations, analytics, AI capabilities, deployment flexibility, and enterprise-grade administration. We are looking for product leaders who can think beyond features and help shape the platform foundation on which scalable SaaS products are built.

Role: Technical Product Manager :

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager with 7 - 10 years of experience in SaaS product management, platform design, enterprise architecture, cloud deployment, databases, integrations, and scalable product engineering.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working at the intersection of product, technology, architecture, engineering, DevOps, security, and customer implementation. This role requires strong technical depth along with the ability to convert platform needs into clear product capabilities and roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own technical product areas across SaaS platform capabilities, architecture, integrations, deployment models, and enterprise readiness.

• Define platform requirements for scalability, performance, availability, security, configurability, observability, and maintainability.

• Work with engineering and architecture teams on product design for multi-tenant SaaS, cloud deployments, APIs, databases, microservices, and integration frameworks.

• Translate technical and business needs into product specifications, platform epics, user stories, technical workflows, and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams on deployment strategies across cloud, private cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments where applicable.

• Define requirements for platform administration, role-based access, audit logs, monitoring, environment management, configuration, and release governance.

• Work on API strategy, integration patterns, connector frameworks, event-driven architecture, data models, and enterprise system interoperability.

• Support technical solutioning for enterprise clients, including architecture discussions, deployment feasibility, sizing, security reviews, and integration planning.

• Evaluate technical debt, platform gaps, scalability constraints, and product modernization opportunities.

• Partner with business product managers to ensure functional products are supported by strong platform architecture.

• Create technical product documentation, architecture notes, release guides, integration specifications, and internal enablement material.

Required Experience :

• 7 -10 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Platform Product Manager, Product Owner, Solution Architect, or similar role in SaaS or enterprise software.

• Strong understanding of SaaS platform architecture, cloud-native design, APIs, databases, integrations, and deployment models.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Good understanding of microservices, containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, security, and environment management.

• Strong knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases, data modeling, indexing, performance considerations, and reporting/data flows.

• Experience working with engineering, architecture, DevOps, QA, security, implementation, and customer-facing teams.

• Ability to convert technical complexity into clear product decisions and delivery priorities.

• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience in BPM, workflow platforms, CRM, CX platforms, contact center technology, automation platforms, or integration-heavy enterprise products.

• Exposure to regulated industries such as BFSI, telecom, government, or large enterprise operations.

• Understanding of multi-tenancy, tenant isolation, data residency, encryption, auditability, compliance, and enterprise security requirements.

• Familiarity with API gateways, message queues, event streaming, identity providers, SSO, OAuth, SAML, and role-based access models.

• Experience with AI/ML product capabilities, analytics platforms, document intelligence, or automation engines is an advantage.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

You are a product thinker with strong technical instincts. You understand how enterprise SaaS platforms are designed, deployed, integrated, secured, scaled, and operated. You can discuss architecture with engineers, deployment models with infrastructure teams, integrations with client IT teams, and product priorities with business stakeholders. You care about building products that are not only useful, but also robust, scalable, secure, and ready for enterprise growth.
