- Can read code and spot when something looks wrong
- Hands-on use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or GitHub Copilot, having built something that works with them

- Real depth in at least one platform track

Roles And Responsibility:
- Requirements years in delivery, with real hands- on time as a developer, tech lead or techno- functional consultant.
- You can read code and spot when something looks wrong.
- Hands- on use of AJ coding tods such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or GitHub Copilot You have built something that works with them, not just tried them.
- Proven record of tuming client requirements into clear specs: user stories, acceptance criteria and edge cases.
- Real depth in at least one platform track above.
- Comfortable with Agile delivery and tods such as Jira or Azure DevOps, and with Git basics.
- Strong client handling: you can manage scope, push back and keep trust. Clear, simple writing.
- Your specs are your main output. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology.
- Nice to Have Depth in both tracks. Replatform, upgrade or large data migration experience.
Preferred candidate profile :
