We are having an opening for Program Manager Data & Analytics - Bangalore - bellandur, hybrid job.

Working Days: Monday - Friday.

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead complex Data, Analytics, and AI transformation initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical understanding, program management expertise, and stakeholder management capabilities. This role will drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise data platforms, analytics, AI/ML, and Generative AI programs, establish governance, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives on AWS Cloud.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent program management certifications are preferred.

Experience: 9+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Data & Analytics, Cloud Transformation, or Digital Transformation. Experience leading enterprise-scale technical programs across global teams.

Interview process: Total 3 Technical rounds. 2 rounds evaluation with LV (we can plan to take this together based on panel availability) & 1 with client.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience delivering enterprise-scale Data & Analytics transformation programs.

• Strong exposure to AWS-based data platforms and cloud modernization initiatives.

• Experience managing globally distributed engineering and delivery teams.

• Experience working with executive leadership, steering committees, and senior business stakeholders.

• Experience leading AI/ML and Generative AI programs, coordinating across Data Engineering, Data Science, AI Engineering, and Business teams.

• Experience delivering analytics or data transformation initiatives involving enterprise systems such as SAP and Salesforce.

• Experience establishing PMO governance, portfolio reporting, and executive dashboards for large transformation programs.
