THE ROLE
As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will serve as the strategic operational engine orchestrating complex software releases, hardware co-design, and AI-driven automation across Everpure’s enterprise storage portfolio. You will partner with global Engineering, Product Management, Security, and Supply Chain leaders to align cross-functional dependencies, oversee CapEx investments, and lead Product Lifecycle (PLC) gate reviews that deliver zero-downtime reliability. By integrating applied AI and advanced program analytics into development workflows, you will accelerate release velocity and ensure our platforms set the industry standard for performance and quality.

- Cross-Functional System & AI Integration: Drive alignment across global Engineering (Firmware, OS, Applied AI), Product Management, Security, and Field teams to resolve architectural blockers and achieve on-time program milestones with zero customer downtime.
- Risk Mitigation & Architectural Triage: Lead bug scrubs, triage critical technical risks, manage Git-based merge payloads, and facilitate high-stakes trade-off decisions to balance release velocity with systemic platform stability.
- Financial & Resource Stewardship: Manage program CapEx planning, execution tracking, and resource allocation to ensure engineering spend remains strictly within budget during monthly, quarterly, and annual review cycles.
- Program Metrics and Health Indicators: Develop, track, and manage program indicators covering schedule, quality, risk, dependencies, readiness, cost, and overall execution health. Use program analytics and AI-enabled tools to identify trends, forecast risks, and drive corrective action.
