Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud-native microservices and distributed backend system projects.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical workstreams and delivery plans.
- Define project scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritisation, release management, and progress tracking.
- Manage and mentor backend development teams, including globally distributed teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary interface between engineering, product, leadership, and customers.
- Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders and executives.
- Drive adoption of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps best practices in software delivery.

- Oversee deployment planning, release coordination, and production readiness.
