As Technical Project Manager at SE3, you will own end-to-end delivery across defence R&D programmes involving engineering teams, consortium partners and public-sector customers. • Represent SE3 in customer, partner and consortium meetings with clear, credible communication

• Identify and manage risks and dependencies proactively, bringing structured options and trade-offs to programme leadership before issues affect delivery

• Develop governance frameworks and delivery playbooks that allow SE3 to run multiple concurrent programmes with consistency and speed

Your profile

• A degree in Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science or an adjacent MINT discipline

• 3+ years of professional experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder technical programmes; a consulting background in defence or regulated environments is strongly preferred
