Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
