Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team in the Maharashtra, Mumbai Region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, particularly in technical fields such as PLC, SCADA, HMI, and other industrial automation technologies. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to meet the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the technical requirements of open positions.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates in the fields of automation, electrical, and instrumentation.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
• Maintain an organized database of candidates and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment progress and candidate status.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and the skills required in PLC, SCADA, HMI, and industrial automation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
