About Delinea:
Delinea is the identity security platform that continuously controls what AI agents, humans and machines can do and for how long. It extends privileged access management from the point of access to the moment of action, using just-in-time authorization to reduce standing privilege across on-premises, multi-cloud and short-lived infrastructure, without adding friction for legitimate users. Delinea provides visibility across every identity type, scores the risk each one carries, and preserves the context behind access decisions, making them auditable and defensible. It supports both static and ephemeral access, letting teams apply Zero Standing Privilege where risk demands it without replacing existing infrastructure.
Delinea’s Documentation team is seeking a Technical Writer to help document our rapidly growing products and integrations. You’ll join a team of 12 technical writers and report to the documentation manager.
Our readers range from security engineers and sysadmins (who use our docs to install, configure, and operate our products) to business users (who need to know how to log in to their work environment) and industry analysts (who compare our products with our competitors).
You will own creation and revision of a variety of topics on software configuration and daily usage. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and support agents.
What you´ll bring
You bring two key strengths: writing/editing, and technical investigation.
Writer and editor: You always know how to improve the structure and clarity of what you read. You immediately recognize when something sounds wrong, and you know how to fix it. When you see a technical demo, even if you don’t know the technology well, you grasp the general concepts and know the clearest way to describe them.
Technical investigator: You know how to intelligently search for answers, what questions are worth asking to whom and when, and how to research a new technology (with or without AI) before you interview a SME. Most of all, you can read technical content with a “user mindset” and easily spot gaps and fuzzy areas for improvement.
Because of these strengths, you have studied many companies' technical docs, and you have strong opinions about what makes a user guide easy to follow. You might use AI for research and outlining, but you write and verify every word.
