Full description
Operate and maintain HVAC systems. This position reports to the Maintenance Manager
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Other duties may be assigned, as necessary.)
- Operate and maintain HVAC systems for large capacity processing facility. Boilers, Furnaces, and Freon refrigeration systems, along with compressors, condensers, air dehumidification and ventilation systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance, and corrective work as needed, on the Facilities HVAC systems.
- Document all maintenance and inspection activities in accordance with our EMAINT and Compliance programs.
- Comply with, and monitor operations for compliance within specified safety, food safety, and regulatory guidelines.
