Job Description

The Experience

You are a sales professional with a background in technical pre-sales or solution engineering who is ready to take full commercial ownership of a defined territory. You bring the depth to engage credibly on complex business and technology challenges, and the ambition to build pipeline, develop account strategies, and close. In this role, you are the commercial lead across a focused set of named accounts in Austria, working as a true extension of your customers' teams and collaborating with solution engineers, co-prime specialists, and solutions architects to deliver measurable outcomes across the full Salesforce platform.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Lead the full sales cycle across a named account territory — developing and executing account strategies that identify and qualify new opportunities to drive revenue growth

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, deeply understanding their business challenges and strategic goals and positioning Salesforce platform solutions that deliver real outcomes

• Work closely with co-prime specialists, solutions architects, and sales engineers to align the right resources and craft the most effective strategy for each customer

• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and contribute to a high-performing commercial team in Austria

You're Our Person If...

• You have 3 or more years in a technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or technology sales role, with a demonstrated move toward or strong ambition for full quota-carrying commercial ownership

• You are skilled at customer discovery — uncovering business challenges and strategic goals through research and value-based selling, and translating them into compelling solution proposals

• You thrive in a matrixed environment, aligning effectively with account teams, partners, and internal resources to support deal and customer success

• You are fluent in German and English and have the right to work in Austria

Even Better If...

• You have experience with sales methodology frameworks and a track record of achieving or surpassing quota in a fast-paced environment

• You have exposure to strategic alliance or partner-led selling, or experience selling across multiple product lines within a platform portfolio

• You have familiarity with CRM, AI-driven platforms, or data and integration solutions relevant to the Salesforce ecosystem

Unleash Your Potential

When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future — but to redefine what’s possible — for yourself, for AI, and the world.
