Build Relationships. Solve Problems. Make Things Happen.

R Transport, Inc. is expanding and is looking for two Territory Managers to help grow and manage customer relationships throughout Washington State.

This is not a traditional sales position.

Our Territory managers serve as trusted advisors to customers, working directly with environmental contractors, industrial facilities, utilities, government agencies, consultants, and waste generators. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, preparing profitable transportation and disposal solutions, coordinating projects, and ensuring a seamless transition to our dispatch team for execution.

If you enjoy solving complex logistical challenges, building long-term relationships, and working with a professional team that values integrity, responsiveness, and accountability, we'd like to talk with you.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Serve as the customer's primary point of contact from introduction through dispatch handoff.
• Visit customer facilities and project sites throughout your assigned territory.
• Prepare transportation and disposal quotations that are accurate, competitive, and profitable.
• Coordinate with environmental disposal facilities and internal operations.
• Work closely with Dispatch to ensure complete project information is transferred before work begins.
• Follow projects through completion and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and long-term partnerships.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity within the company CRM.
• Represent R Transport professionally at customer meetings, industry events, and job sites.

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who:

• Builds trust easily.
• Communicates exceptionally well.
• Thinks like a project manager.
• Understands logistics and transportation.
• Enjoys solving problems.
• Is organized and detail-oriented.
• Can prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Takes ownership and follows through.

Environmental, transportation, construction, industrial services, or waste industry experience is highly preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
