Job Title: Territory Sales Manager – Early Learning Solutions (Dallas)
Location: Dallas, TX and surrounding areas (Hybrid, Field-Based)
Employment Type: Full-Time
About MarcoPolo Learning
MarcoPolo Learning is a leading provider of innovative content, technology, and instructional support for early childhood education. Since 2013, we’ve impacted thousands of classrooms and hundreds of thousands of families across North America. Our Emmy-nominated MarcoPolo World School app and The Polos TV series bring STEM and global discovery to life for young learners. Backed by top-tier investors, we’re on a mission to transform early learning at scale.
Position Overview
We’re looking for a passionate, relationship-driven Territory Sales Manager to own and grow our Dallas territory and expand our presence across Texas. You’ll introduce MarcoPolo’s award-winning early learning solutions to school districts, Head Start programs, and childcare centers. Your existing connections in the early childhood community will turn into lasting partnerships.
This is a travel-heavy, field-based sales role. You’ll spend much of your week out meeting people: visiting districts, centers, and early learning programs in and around Dallas and across Texas, attending conferences and community events, and building relationships face to face. Expect frequent local travel and regular overnight trips within the state.
If you have a background in education, a strong local network, and the drive to build something, this is a great way to move into edtech sales while making a real impact. You’ll also have uncapped commission tied to the partnerships you bring in.
Responsibilities:
- Own the Dallas territory and build a strategic plan to grow new partnerships across the region.
- Use your existing network of district leaders, administrators, and early childhood contacts to open doors and generate new business.
- Travel regularly across Dallas and Texas to meet prospects in person, run on-site demos, and build lasting relationships.
- Represent MarcoPolo at regional conferences, education association meetings, and community events to build connections and generate leads.
- Grow your network further through referrals, introductions, and active involvement in the Texas early childhood education community.
- Use a mix of outreach, including phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person visits, to engage school districts and early childhood centers.
- Build our brand in the local market through social media, email campaigns, and community events.
- Lead online presentations, product demos, and face-to-face meetings with school leaders and decision-makers, supported by our central team.
