A snapshot of your key responsibilities as Test Analyst would be:
- Design, execute, and document test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios
- Perform functional, system, integration, and regression testing
- Carry out testing across web-based applications and CRM systems
- Actively participate in defect identification, logging, tracking, and re-testing
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and the Test Manager to ensure quality outcomes
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and standards
- Create and validate test data and data integrity between front end and back-end systems.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing support
- Assist in improving QA processes and documentation
- Development and refinement of regression test packs
- Support testing activities within an Agile / DevOps-style delivery environment (where applicable)
Requirements:
· 3+ years’ experience in a professional Test Analyst / Software Tester role
