Job Description: Amazon Connect Test Engineer
- 3–5 years of software testing experience, including 1+ year in contact centre or Amazon Connect testing.
- Experience in IVR, chatbot, and bot testing.
- Knowledge of load and performance testing tools.
- Hands-on API testing using Postman.
- Experience evaluating AI/LLM outputs for accuracy and quality.
- Proficiency in Jira for test case management, defect tracking, and reporting.
