We’re Brewing Up Something Awesome…
Now Hiring Baristas @ The Human Bean!
Love people? Obsessed with coffee? Wake up excited to spread good vibes? You might be our next favorite human.

At The Human Bean, we’re not your average coffee stop — we’re a full-throttle, espresso-fueled, smile-powered, kindness-driven team that makes mornings (and afternoons... and evenings) better, one cup at a time.

What We’re All About (AKA, How You’ll Be Measured):

We don’t just clock in and pour coffee. We lead, serve, laugh, and uplift. Here’s what drives us:
LEADERSHIP – Step up, own your role, set the tone
TEAMWORK – Jump in, help out, cheer each other on
KINDNESS – Every guest, every teammate, every interaction
FUN – We keep it light, loud, and full of positive energy
SERVICE – Fast, friendly, flawless — and with a personal touch

A Day in the Life:
Greet guests like they’re your BFF (who really needs caffeine)
Whip up mochas, lattes, and smoothies faster than a playlist shuffle
Suggest that muffin — because you know it pairs perfectly
Keep your stand sparkling and stocked
Work the headset like a pro and keep the line flowing
Deliver joy in a cup, all shift long

You’ll Thrive Here If You:
Get energy from people and give it right back
Are the type to start the group chat, not just reply to it
Can multitask like a magician (one hand on the blender, one on the register, still smiling)
Love a clean space and a fast pace
Can lift 50 lbs and bring 100% every shift

Perks of the Bean Life:
Competitive pay
Flexible scheduling
Free drinks on shift (obviously)
Real growth opportunities
A crew that feels like friends and vibes like family

If your love language is coffee + connection, this is your sign.
Come pour happiness with us at The Human Bean.
