• You communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal partners to resolve billing and payment issues.
• You investigate discrepancies carefully, use supporting records to understand what happened, and know when to escalate an issue.
• You leverage Excel and financial systems with confidence, using data to support accurate account maintenance, reporting, and informed decision-making.

Your experience should clearly demonstrate:

• Approximately 2–3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related accounting support role, with hands-on work in at least several of the following: cash application, collections, customer account maintenance, reconciliations, invoice research, or aging follow-up.
• Experience researching customer payment or billing discrepancies and communicating with customers or internal teams to move issues toward resolution.
• Experience supporting recurring AR reporting, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities; familiarity with deductions or claims is helpful but not required.

• An associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
