Full description
At i360technologies, we deliver business consulting and technology solutions that support the mission of federal agencies. A major federal agency is consolidating its core financial management systems into a single, multi-tenant Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solution as part of the government-wide push to standardize federal financial management. The program will migrate multiple agency components and customer agencies onto the new platform, with a stated goal of making maximum use of automation and artificial intelligence to reduce manual workload, speed reconciliation and improve data quality.
i360technologies supports this program as a subcontractor to a large federal systems integrator. We are seeking a Training Job Aid Support Analyst who will create the job aids, guides, and training materials that help agency users learn the new Oracle Fusion Cloud system. Training is a core part of how this program succeeds. If you're early in your career, learn fast, and want to grow on a program of this size, this role is built for you.
Location: Washington, DC Metro, on-site at client facilities; occasional travel to other client locations.
Why AI Matters Here
