Training Manager

You will also mentor and coach trainers, providing guidance and support to enhance their effectiveness in delivering training sessions. Key responsibilities include collaborating with department heads to assess training needs, designing engaging training materials, and utilizing various training methodologies to cater to diverse learning styles. You will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
