Position Summary:
The Cash Lead / Treasury Manager will own day-to-day cash management activities across the shared services model, including cash positioning, payment execution support, bank portal administration, cash forecasting, bank reconciliations, related close support, and leadership of recurring cash calls. This role is critical to maintain visibility over daily liquidity, support timely and controlled disbursements, drive alignment on short-term funding needs and priorities, and strengthen audit readiness as the organization scales. The position partners closely with the CFO, VP of FP&A, Corporate Controller, AP and AR leads, plant accounting teams, and operational stakeholders across OKC and Dyersburg to ensure strong control execution, clear escalation of issues, and reliable cash reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain the daily cash position, including visibility to available cash, expected inflows and outflows, and near-term liquidity needs.
- Coordinate payment execution activities within established approval workflows, ensuring all disbursements follow dual-approval and segregation-of-duties requirements.
- Administer bank portal access, user maintenance, and supporting documentation in coordination with management and IT, with a focus on least-privilege access and audit readiness.
- Prepare short-term cash forecasts and partner with AP, AR, HR and business stakeholders to understand timing of major receipts, disbursements, and operational cash needs.
- Lead recurring cash calls, coordinate discussion of near-term liquidity needs and payment priorities, and align stakeholders on funding requirements, timing considerations, and follow-up actions.
- Perform or coordinate timely bank reconciliations, investigate reconciling items, and drive aged exceptions to resolution with clear ownership and follow-up.
- Partner with the AP Lead, AR Lead, and plant accounting teams to improve cash application, payment timing, unapplied cash resolution, and overall subledger health.
