Sales Representative for Tree Services

Job Title: Arborist Sales Representative

Location: York

Schedule: Monday-Friday

ABOUT KEYSTONE ARBORIST

Keystone Arborist provides professional tree care for homes, businesses, and properties across Central Pennsylvania, including Harrisburg, Camp Hill, Mechanicsburg, Carlisle, York, Lancaster, and Hershey. Our services include tree removal, pruning and trimming, stump grinding, storm and emergency response, and plant health care. With ISA Certified Arborists on our team, we pair skilled crews with honest advice, so customers get safe, clean work and trees that stay healthy for years to come.

Our culture is key for our growth

We hold ourselves to a high standard, we take care of our people, and we treat every property like it's our own. Safety comes first on every job, and we're proud of the craftsmanship our crews bring to the work. On the sales side, that means educating customers, quoting honestly, and earning the trust that turns one job into a long-term relationship.

We're looking for amazing people to join our team (more specifically, a SALES REPRESENTATIVE).

Here's where you come in

You're a self-starter who likes getting out of the office and meeting people where they live and work. You enjoy walking a property with a customer, spotting what others miss, and explaining the work in plain terms. You take pride in giving fast, accurate, honest estimates and following up until the job is won. Whether you're an experienced estimator, a sales rep from another trade, or just starting out in sales, you're coachable, competitive, and comfortable managing your own schedule and territory.

What you should know about our team

Our sales reps work closely with our crew leaders, climbers, and office staff to make sure every estimate is accurate and every job is scheduled and delivered as promised. We rely on each other constantly: customers need fast answers, and crews need to arrive set up to succeed. We value people who show up reliably, follow through on every promise, and treat customers and crews with respect.

What you should know about Keystone Arborist

Think trusted advisor, not pushy salesperson. Customers are making decisions about their trees, their safety, and their property, so we win by being knowledgeable, transparent, and responsive. We have an entrepreneurial, get-it-done mentality, and we respond quickly to storm calls, stay on top of leads, and hold ourselves to a higher standard for safer properties and happier customers.

Overall Purpose

The Sales Representative drives revenue growth by generating leads, performing on-site property evaluations, and converting estimates into booked work. This role is the face of Keystone Arborist for homeowners, property managers, and commercial customers, and plays a direct part in keeping our crews busy, our customers satisfied, and our reputation strong across Central Pennsylvania.
