What you'll do

• Lead UI design in key product areas

• Turn product concepts and user flows into polished and compelling experiences

• Create and refine interfaces, interaction patterns, and prototypes

• Help evolve the visual direction, design systems, and UI standards alongside the design team

• Contribute to concept development in early stages when relevant

• Explore practical and meaningful uses of AI in design and product experiences

Requirements

At CONVOTIS Iberia, we are looking for a UI Designer who turns product ideas into clear, polished, and visually refined digital experiences. You will work as part of the design team, in close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and other teams, from concept development to delivery.

• Between 3 and 5 or more years of experience in UI, visual, or digital product design, with a solid track record of creating polished, high-quality digital interfaces

• A very good eye for typography, composition, hierarchy, spacing, and detail

• An appreciation for clean, minimalist, and thoughtful design

• Experience with design systems, interaction design, and prototyping

• Portfolio with concrete examples of previous work, showing your role, your key decisions, and their impact

• Good knowledge of UX principles and product vision

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, with practical use of AI tools (such as Codex, Claude, or similar) for ideation, prototyping, research, or design flows

• At least one concrete idea or use case of how AI could add value to the product experience or the design process

• Fluent English, spoken and written

• Orientation towards end-to-end responsibility

• Motivation to learn the networking domain (wired and wireless protocols) and apply it to customers' network troubleshooting challenges
