Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Product Design: Drive the entire design process from discovery to delivery across web apps, portals, and mobile-responsive platforms. Develop user journeys, information architectures, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and production-ready high-fidelity interfaces.
- Stakeholder Management & Strategy: Collaborate directly with project managers, cross-functional teams, and C-level client executives. Unpack business objectives, conduct requirement discovery, present concepts compellingly, and iteratively refine solutions based on feedback.
- Design Systems & Developer Handoff: Build, scale, and govern consistent Figma-based design systems, component libraries, and style guides. Deliver meticulous design specifications and conduct UI/UX quality assurance during development to ensure pixel-perfect, responsive execution.
- AI-Enhanced Workflows & Innovation: Actively integrate AI-powered design tools into daily operations to accelerate ideation, user research, rapid prototyping, and workflow efficiency while maintaining high design craftsmanship.
- Quality, Usability & Mentorship: Enforce digital accessibility (WCAG), usability benchmarks, and web performance standards. Provide design guidance and reviews for junior team members while continuously optimizing internal design templates and methodologies.
