Join our Innovation Team as a UI/UX Front End Developer located in one of our U.S. offices.
This role will be based in one of our U.S. offices, on a hybrid basis. Regular in-office presence is required for day-to-day operations, as well as for team meetings, training opportunities, and relationship building. This role reports to the Director, AI Solutions Development .
Position Summary
We are seeking a UI/UX Front End Developer to design and build best-in-class, user-centered web applications, with a primary focus on AI-driven conversational experiences. This role blends product design leadership with advanced front end engineering, requiring a professional who approaches development with a strong design mindset and crafts intuitive, scalable user interfaces.
The position will lead the end-to-end user experience and frontend architecture for AI chat applications and related digital products, ensuring a seamless, accessible, and consumer-grade experience comparable to leading AI platforms. The role partners closely with product stakeholders, backend engineers, and end users to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions deployed across secure on-premise and cloud environments. This role requires strong ownership, an exceptional design eye, and the ability to translate complex technical workflows into simple, elegant user experiences. Key Responsibilities
- UI/UX Design & Product Experience
- Owns the end-to-end user experience across AI chat applications and front end platforms.
- Designs intuitive, visually polished, and accessible interfaces aligned with consumer-grade standards.
- Creates wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma.
- Establishes and evolves design systems, component libraries, and visual standards to ensure consistency across products.
- Applies principles of information architecture, interaction design, and content design to improve usability.
- Conducts user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to drive continuous improvements.
