Unloq - Enterprise Partnerships Manager - Monetization

Unloq (Formerly FealtyX):

We are a funded startup building a new growth and revenue infrastructure layer for large consumer platforms and brands. We are looking for sharp, driven people to join a fast-growing core team.

What this role is about:

As an Enterprise Partnerships Manager, you will own Unloq's commercial relationships with large consumer platforms and marketplaces - driving monetization deals from structuring through to signing and go-live, and farming the same accounts for further revenue opportunities over time.

This is not a classic outbound sales role. You are closer to a partnerships operator who can hold a peer-level conversation with your counterparts on the partner side, structure a commercial deal that works for both sides, and coordinate internally with Product/Tech to get it built and launched.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enterprise Account Ownership: Own the full commercial relationship with large consumer platforms and marketplaces - from deal structuring through to signed contract and live launch.

• Hunting & Org Mapping: Identify and build relationships with the right people inside a target account - map decision-makers, influencers and blockers, and create multiple entry points rather than depending on a single relationship.

• Monetization Deal Structuring: Work with the partners' team to structure a commercial deal - terms, rev-share, integration scope - that makes sense for their business and ours.

• Partner Relationship Ownership: Be the primary point of contact on the partner's side - running working sessions, aligning on requirements, and keeping the deal moving independently.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Loop in Unloq's internal Product/Tech and Solutions teams for technical scoping and integration planning so that the commercial deal and technical execution stay in sync.

• Pipeline & Deal Tracking: Own the enterprise pipeline - stage, timelines, blockers - and have complete clarity on each account's status.

• Market Mapping: Identify and prioritize which large consumer platforms/marketplaces to pursue next, backed by clear rationale.

What are we Looking for:

• 4 - 8 years of experience in enterprise partnerships, business development, ad-network/publisher partnerships, or account management - ideally with exposure to adtech, affiliate, or app/platform monetization ecosystems.

• Commercial acumen: Comfortable structuring and negotiating deal terms - rev-share, scope - with partner-side teams, translating their business priorities into a structure that works for both sides rather than pushing a standard pitch.

• Executive-adjacent credibility: Can run point independently with the partner's team, looping in leadership only when a deal genuinely needs executive input.

• Ownership & bias for action: Drives deals to closure without being chased, comfortable navigating ambiguity and multiple stakeholders on both sides of a deal.

• Strong communication: Equally comfortable with partner-side teams and internal Product/Tech counterparts.

• Adtech, ad-network, affiliate marketing, or app/platform monetization background is a strong plus.
