Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain employee listings and datasets for staff engagement surveys.
- Perform data extraction, cleansing and analysis to support survey administration and reporting.
- Verify survey data accuracy, troubleshoot data-related issues and respond to or direct enquiries from internal departments.
- Coordinate survey communications, stakeholder engagement, meeting arrangements and presentation materials.
- Identify information gaps, maintain survey documentation and improve knowledge management records.
- Provide administrative and logistical support, including staffing arrangements, venue bookings, equipment preparation and meeting coordination.
- Undertake other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline.
- Knowledge of data analytics and related tools.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills are an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
