- Experience with platforms such as Confluence and JIRA is a plus.
- Certifications in Project Manager, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analysis Professional are a plus.
- Technical experience in application system development, enhancement and maintenance across the system development lifecycle.
- Experience in planning and delivering application development and maintenance work with cross-functional product and technical teams.
- Hands-on experience in Java application design, development, enhancement and maintenance; knowledge of JavaScript and SQL is a plus.
- Experience in leading and managing a team of developers, including work planning, task allocation, technical guidance, progress monitoring and delivery oversight.

Responsibilities:
- Understand organisation's business processes and partner with relevant stakeholders, including solution architects, software developers and end users, to gather requirements and support system design, application development, enhancement and maintenance.
- Work closely with various technical, solution, and information architects to ensure that the application developed is robust and aligned with the Enterprise Architecture.
- Design solutions that are high quality and functional, ensuring a good user experience.
- Plan, track and manage application system enhancements and maintenance activities to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Conduct and support thorough system, user, and security testing pre-release.
- Provide ongoing application support and work with product and engineering teams to identify, troubleshoot and resolve defects and production issues.
- Monitor application performance and service reliability, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to address issues in the production environment.
