PAY RATE:

Based on what we have learned during conversations with our client, Brainstorm Creative Resources is advertising a broad pay rate range of $70/hour to $130/hour. Given the full-time nature of this role, we believe it's both correct and useful to mention that this rate range is equivalent to $2800 to $5200 weekly and $140K to $260K annually.

Brainstorm Creative Resources encourages inquiries and applications from demonstrably talented professionals at various places on their individual career paths. We pay competitively and actively encourage all of our employer clients to do the same. However, it is unlikely (but not impossible) that we will be able to pay less experienced applicants at the top of the stated rate range. More experienced applicants can expect that we will make a strong, evidentiary case to our client, to pay you at the top of the range.

The actual rate offered will be commensurate with experience and market norms.
