Venue Manager | Inala Hotel

We're looking for an experienced Venue Manager to take the reins at Inala Hotel, a venue that's built a strong reputation on the back of great gaming performance, backed up by quality food, beverage, functions and accommodation. It's a venue with three solid years of trading behind it, a loyal local following, and plenty of room to keep building. We're after someone who can walk in, understand what makes the place tick, and take it to the next level.

##

What we're after

• A visible, hands-on leader who leads from the front and is out on the floor building real relationships with the team
• A genuine focus on customers and community — building relationships with regulars and locals, and making sure every guest has a great experience
