Veterinary Receptionist

Client Service Representative People-First, Fear Free Practice in Alexandria, VA

If you've been looking for a front-desk role where people matter, culture is healthy, and you're treated like an actual teammate instead of background noise, keep reading. Harmony Animal Hospital is a Fear Free Certified practice that prioritizes humans first, pets second, and clients third. Yes, in that order. It works.

Who We Are

Our purpose is simple: We add more love to the world by nurturing pets and their families.

We opened in 2019 with one doctor and four support staff. We were the first Fear Free Certified clinic in Northern Virginia, and we've built a workplace that feels more like a family doctor's office than a chaotic production line. Today, we've grown to four doctors and more than 20 support team members, including a massage therapist and acupuncturist.

Our values guide everything we do: compassion, direct and honest communication, growth, community impact, integrity, perseverance, and fun. If these matter to you, we're likely a great match. Culture is non-negotiable for us.

We take the time to do things right. That's why our appointments run 3060 minutes, why our clients trust us, and why our team stays with us.
