About the Role
We're looking for a performance-focused Video Editor to create high-converting direct response ads for Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, and other paid channels.
This isn't a cinematic editing role. We care about hooks, storytelling, pacing, retention, and conversions. Every edit should be built to sell.
You'll work closely with our Creative Strategists to turn scripts into ads that capture attention, keep viewers watching, and drive purchases. The best editors don't just cut footage—they understand the message, choose the right visuals for every sentence, and make every second count.
Our Core Values
- Conversion First - Everything we create exists to improve performance and drive revenue.
- Creative Excellence - We obsess over storytelling, pacing, hooks, retention, and visual quality.
- Attention to Detail - Every subtitle, transition, sound effect, frame, stock clip, and cut matters.
Please Do Not Apply If You:
- Have never worked with a DTC eCommerce brand
- Only edit cinematic, YouTube, or corporate videos
- Rarely use AI in your editing workflow
- Don't understand direct response advertising
- Cannot commit to a full-time schedule
- Prefer detailed hand-holding instead of taking ownership
How to Apply
As part of your application, please include:
- The DTC brands you've worked with
- Examples of ads you personally edited
- Your portfolio or showreel
- Your expected monthly salary (USD)
- Your availability and time zone
Important: Please only submit work that you personally edited. We review every portfolio carefully and verify experience during the interview process.
