Video Editor — Short-Form Ads

Video Editor — Short-Form Ads (Full-Time, Remote, In-House)

Stable, full-time editing work for a fast-growing US marketing agency. No chasing clients, no per-video invoicing. One team, a predictable workload, and a steady monthly salary.

WHO WE ARE
MBCC Solutions helps Hispanic home-service contractors in the US (remodelers, roofers, concrete, landscaping, painting) get consistent, qualified appointments. We run their Meta ads, and video is the heart of those ads.

WHAT YOU GET

• $700–$1,000/month, based on skills demonstrated
• Full-time (40 hrs/week), long-term, 100% remote
• A clear editing queue with priorities set by our Operations Manager. Your capacity is 40 hours a week, not unlimited output.
• Templates, brand kits, and reference videos for every niche
• Raw footage organized and ready before it reaches you
• Room to grow into Lead Editor as the team grows

WHAT YOU'LL EDIT

• Short-form video ads for Meta (15–90 seconds): hook, body, CTA, captions, b-roll, simple graphics
• Testimonial and before/after cuts from client footage
• Creative refreshes: new hooks and variations of winning ads
• Occasional reels for clients' social media

Volume is typically [2-5] videos per day depending on complexity. You'll see real examples of our work during the interview.

MUST HAVE

• Experience editing short-form video, ideally ads or social content
• CapCut
• Fast, clean captions and strong pacing. You know what makes someone stop scrolling.
• Spanish and English (our ads and captions are in both)
• Organized: you follow naming conventions and deliver on time
• A computer that handles 1080p editing without issues, and reliable internet
• Full-time availability. We're hiring a team member, not a freelancer with other clients.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with ads for contractors, home services, or local businesses
• Motion graphics (After Effects)
• Basic Canva for thumbnails and static ads
• AI editing tools (Descript, CapCut AI captions, etc.)

THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF...

• You only want to work per project
• You need detailed direction on every cut
• You're juggling several clients and can't give us full-time focus
