BCBA – Virginia | Hybrid & Flexible
A BCBA role built around YOU - hybrid flexibility, low caseloads, meaningful clinical work, part-time or full-time options, a sign-on bonus, and up to $12,000 in additional bonuses.
At Connect n Care ABA, we believe your BCBA role should fit your life, not the other way around.
That's why we're hiring hybrid BCBAs across Virginia with full-time and part-time opportunities and flexible scheduling options.
Whether you're looking for a traditional full-time role, part-time hours, or something more customized, let's talk about what works for you.
Why This BCBA Role Is Different
HYBRID + FLEXIBLE
Get the flexibility of a hybrid role while continuing to provide meaningful clinical support to clients, families, and your BT/RBT team.
We understand that every BCBA's ideal schedule looks different, so we're open to finding an arrangement that makes sense for you and the needs of our clients.
LOW CASELOADS
We prioritize quality of care over quantity of clients. Lower caseload expectations mean more time for clinical decision-making, data analysis, treatment planning, BT/RBT support, and meaningful collaboration with families.
