About the role

H10 Hotels needs to hire a Waiter/Waitress to reinforce the afternoon service on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays at our H10 Metropolitan hotel in Barcelona.

We are looking for a person with a vocation for service and a desire to learn who contributes to the development of the activities specific to the Bar/Restaurant/Counter department, seeking excellence in service and helping to achieve the department's objectives.

What you'll do

The tasks that will be under their responsibility are:

Perform the breakfast service, events, and bar service for our customers in a professional manner, with initiative and responsibility.
Cash control and closing.
To show a proactive and collaborative attitude towards guests, conveying empathy and a conciliatory character for conflict resolution.
Provide delicate and attentive service to clients to ensure a great experience during their stay.
Preparation and service of drinks.
Taking orders, table service, and post-service customer care.
