Job Offer: Access Control-Administrative

A company belonging to Grupo Alonso, we are looking to hire a Logistics Administrator for our warehouse facilities in Quart de Poblet

What you'll do

• Telephone assistance and management of internal and external communications.

• Recording of incoming and outgoing goods.

• Resolution of operational and administrative incidents.

• Email management and general administrative support.

What we're looking for

• Administrative profile, with capacity for learning and adaptation ("learning curve").

• Good communication skills and professional manner.

• Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate level (use of basic formulas) and email.

• Responsible, observant person with attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience of 3 to 5 years in logistics warehouses will be especially valued.

How you'll work

📍 Location: Quart de Poblet

• Working day from Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 17:00 h or from 09h to 19h (with half an hour for a snack break and one and a half hours for lunch)

• Both schedules will be carried out
