- General office duties including but not limited tol answering phones, faxing, filing, copying, sorting paperwork, and stuffing envelopes
- Contribute good “housekeeping” practices in warehouse area, truck and other areas as assigned
- Report on customer feedback and all customer concerns, including any sign of customer dissatisfaction, to appropriate management and/or consumer relations
- Manage functions of Warehouse
- Other duties as assigned by your supervisor

- PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and reach throughout the workday.
- Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds; occasional lifting of heavier items with assistance or mechanical equipment.
- Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Frequent use of hands and arms to handle products, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions.
- ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS
- Work is performed in a warehouse and feed manufacturing environment.
- Regular exposure to dust, grain, feed ingredients, noise, vibration, moving mechanical equipment, and varying temperatures.
- Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, steel-toe footwear, and other equipment as required.
- Frequent interaction with warehouse personnel, production employees, drivers, vendors, and customers.
- Overtime and weekend work may be required based on seasonal demand and operational needs.
