We’re Hiring: Night Shift Supervisor | Eurocentral
Ready to lead from the front and make an impact while the rest of the world sleeps?
At Evri, we lead the way in delivery. We’re one of the UK’s leading parcel businesses, and we’re continuing to invest in our people, our operations and our future.
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Night Shift Supervisor to join our Eurocentral Depot and help keep our operation moving through the night.
The role
As our Night Shift Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of a busy, fast-paced operation. You’ll lead a team of up to 50 colleagues, setting clear priorities, driving performance and making sure we deliver for our customers.
Our Night shift typically operates 5 days over 7 starting around 22:00, although finish times can vary depending on parcel volumes.
This is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and getting the best from people. You’ll need to think on your feet, make confident decisions and work collaboratively with colleagues across the depot.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be responsible for:

Leading and providing direction to a team of up to 50 direct reports
Coaching, developing and training colleagues to help them perform at their best
Driving performance and ensuring Night shift SLAs are achieved
Ensuring compliance with all site HSES rules and regulations
Processing BI and MI reports relating to Driver and Loader performance
Managing priorities, deadlines and deliverables across individual projects
Identifying challenges and finding practical solutions in a fast-moving environment
Working collaboratively with your peers to support the wider depot operation

What we’re looking for
You’ll be a confident people leader who can remain focused when the pressure is on.
Ideally, you’ll bring:

Previous management experience leading and motivating a team
Experience within a fast-paced logistics environment, although relevant experience from other sectors is also welcomed
The ability to use your own initiative and deliver against tight deadlines
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
Good PC skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
An understanding of Transport Regulations would be an advantage
A collaborative approach with the confidence to take the lead when needed

Ready to take the lead?
If you’re a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to bring out the best in a team, we’d love to hear from you.
Come and join the Evri team at Eurocentral and help us deliver every night.
