At Alloy Engineering, we don't perform repetitive production welding. We build custom-engineered products for demanding industrial applications using stainless steel, nickel alloys, and specialty metals. Every project presents new challenges, opportunities to learn, and a chance to expand your skills. If you're a welder who takes pride in craftsmanship, enjoys solving problems, and wants your compensation to grow as your skills develop, we invite you to join our team.

Why Welders Choose Alloy Engineering:

Grow Your Pay Through Skill Development

Unlike companies that provide annual increases only, Alloy Engineering offers a structured skill-based progression program. Employees are eligible for quarterly skill evaluations and wage increases based on demonstrated growth, certifications, quality, versatility, and mastery of additional welding and fabrication skills.
