WINNERS ONLY.
Choate Agency | Symmetry Financial Group | Remote | U.S. Residents Only

Some people are wired differently.

They keep score even when nobody's watching. They hate losing more than they enjoy winning. They've been the top of a leaderboard, the captain of a team, the one who stayed late, the one everyone else measured themselves against.

If that's you — and you're currently in a role where nobody's keeping score and your effort doesn't change your paycheck — this is written for you.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
THE PROBLEM WITH MOST JOBS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Most jobs are built to protect average performers.

The hardest worker and the person coasting get roughly the same paycheck. Raises come from tenure, not results. Your ceiling is set by a budget you'll never see, decided by people who've never watched you work.

For most people, that's comfortable. For a competitor, it's suffocating.

We built something different — a business where the scoreboard is real, the effort is visible, and nobody caps what you're allowed to earn.

WHAT WINNING LOOKS LIKE HERE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

🎯 THE SCOREBOARD IS REAL
Commission-only. No base, no floor, no ceiling. You know exactly where you stand every single week — and so does everyone else.

💰 THE NUMBERS
Part-time producers: $2,000–$6,000+/month
Full-time first year following the system: $80,000–$150,000
Experienced producers: $150,000–$400,000+
Top agency leaders: $750,000+

Results vary based on effort, activity, and coachability. Some people don't make it. That's what makes the number mean something.

🔥 WARM LEADS — SO YOU CAN COMPETE, NOT PROSPECT
We don't hand you a phone book. Our platform delivers families who already requested information. Your job is to do the thing you're actually good at: connect and close.

📘 A PLAYBOOK THAT WORKS
Every great competitor followed a system before they mastered one. We give you the scripts, the CRM, the process, and live coaching from producers actively writing business. You don't have to invent anything. You have to execute.

🔄 INCOME THAT COMPOUNDS
Policies renew every year. The book you build this year pays you again next year. Most commission jobs reset to zero every January — this one stacks.

🏆 A ROOM FULL OF PEOPLE LIKE YOU
You become the average of the people you're around. Here, that average is high. Our top producers are competitive, coachable, and genuinely want to see each other win. Iron sharpens iron.

🚀 A PATH TO BUILD SOMETHING
High performers move into leadership and earn override income on the teams they build. You're not just chasing a number — you're building an asset that outlives your personal production.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
WHO ACTUALLY WINS HERE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

We don't care what industry you're from. We care how you're built.

→ Athletes and coaches — you already know what it costs to be good at something
→ Veterans and military — you execute under pressure without supervision
→ Commission salespeople — real estate, solar, mortgage, auto, B2B
→ Corporate high performers who've hit their ceiling
→ Anyone who has ever been #1 at something and misses it

The common thread: you compete with yourself, you take coaching without ego, and you'd rather be measured than protected.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
THE HONEST PART
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Winning here isn't automatic. It requires:

Following the system before you improve on it
Working the leads consistently, not in bursts
Handling rejection without letting it change your activity
Taking coaching from people who've already done it

We provide the platform, the leads, the training, and the mentorship. What we can't provide is your work ethic. That part's on you — which is exactly how you want it.
